The University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia have recently announced that they are undertaking a consultative process to consider the benefits of creating a new university through merging.

A period of consultation will take place over the next six months and details about the process will be announced in the coming weeks.

At this time no decision to merge has been made, and the period of consultation will not impact current students or new students who enrol in 2019.

Current students and new students in 2019 will be able to complete their degree and receive a testamur/ parchment from the University at which they commence their studies.

Please contact the Universities as normal with any questions, or visit their websites for more information.
