I accept that any offer to a course, or any
subsequent enrolment, made on the basis of untrue or incomplete information or
in error, can be withdrawn or varied by SATAC or TAFE SA.
- I accept that I must:
- meet stated deadlines; and
- pay the appropriate fees, including the non-refundable processing fee; and
- take any required action relating to my application.
Should I fail to meet any of these requirements, SATAC and TAFE SA will not be
held responsible and my application will not be guaranteed
equal consideration.
- I authorise SATAC and TAFE SA to obtain official
records related to my application from any relevant educational institution. I
acknowledge that SATAC and TAFE SA are not responsible if the institution does
not provide these records.

I accept that SATAC will provide its participating
Institutions with details of my application and records relating to it.

I agree to SATAC facilitating the provision of
information to me about other course and career options.

I agree to have my name published in the media as a
successful applicant to a TAFE SA course. I accept my responsibility to notify
SATAC in writing if I do not wish my name to be published.

I accept that TAFE SA reserves the right to
review my current skills and enrol me at the most appropriate entry level for
any course I may be offered.

School leaver applicants only
I consent to SATAC providing my school with information regarding my
application and any offer made to me. I accept my responsibility to notify SATAC in writing if I do not
want this to happen.
