Almost every GradStart course has more than one commencement date option. The most common are Semester 1 and Semester 2 but for some courses there are other options.
You can find information about the commencement date options for each GradStart course in GradSearch.
For each option eg Semester 1, Semester 2, you can see the closing date for applying and the actual teaching commencement date.
Not all options will be shown or will be open for applications at all times. For instance, during 2011, some courses may show that a commencement date option exists for Semester 2 2012 but you may not be able to apply for the Semester 2 2012 option until early in 2012. By April 2012, all Semester 1 2012 options will be closed.
· If a particular commencement date option is open for applications, there will be an active radio button next to that option.
· If a particular commencement date option exists but is not yet open for applications, there will be a ‘Coming soon’ message next to that option.
· If a particular commencement date option has now closed, there will be a ‘CLOSED’ message next to that option.
You may list one or more commencement date options among your preferences. The detailed instructions on GradSearch will tell you how to do this.
General information about commencement date option availability as at January 2012
Charles Darwin University Semester 1 and Semester 2 2012 options are open for applicants. Some courses also have a Summer semester 2012 option which is open for applicants.
Flinders University
Semester 1 and Semester 2 2012 options are open for applicants. The University of Adelaide Semester 1 and Semester 2 2012 options are open for applicants. Some programs also have Summer and Winter 2012 options which are open for applications.
University of South Australia
Semester 1 and Semester 2 2012 options are open for applicants. |
