Undergraduate
Today, SATAC made an additional 1,840 offers to undergraduate courses beginning in 2026, including 774 offers to 2025 Year 12 students. Of these offers, 70% were for courses applicants listed as their first preference.
SATAC has emailed successful applicants with their offer details. Applicants can also check their offer status by logging in to mySATAC at my.satac.edu.au.
Including today’s offer round, the total number of 2026 undergraduate course offers made by SATAC currently stands at 18,469.
Medicine & Health and Humanities & Social Sciences remain the most popular areas of undergraduate study, followed by Engineering and Business & Economics.
TAFE SA
On 22 January, SATAC made a further 573 offers for TAFE SA courses commencing in 2026, bringing the total number of offers made thus far to 9,985.
The most popular areas of study continue to be Humanities & Social Sciences, followed by Business & Economics – highlighting a growing demand for qualifications in these fields and the value placed on vocational education as both a gateway to employment and key contributor to meeting South Australia’s evolving workforce needs.
As places continue to fill, applicants are encouraged to submit their TAFE SA applications as early as possible to maximise their chance of securing a place in their preferred course.
Postgraduate
To date, SATAC has made 3,667 offers to postgraduate university courses commencing in 2026.
Medicine & Health and Education & Teaching remain the most popular areas of postgraduate study, followed by Humanities & Social Sciences and Business & Economics.
Upcoming offer rounds
SATAC would like to remind applicants yet to receive an offer that offer rounds continue throughout February and into March as follows:
- Undergraduate: From 5 February, twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 12 March.
- Postgraduate: Twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays.
- TAFE SA: Once weekly on Fridays.
Applicants unsure about the status of their application or their options are encouraged to log in to their mySATAC account or check previous correspondence from SATAC.
