    TAFE SA is South Australia’s largest provider. TAFE SA deliver job-focused training across a wide range of industries from entry-level certificates to bachelor degrees, at locations across the state. TAFE SA's focus on practical, hands-on skills and experience ensures students graduate with a competitive edge and with the skills employers value.     The National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) Student Outcomes Survey findings in 2025 showed that 91% of TAFE SA graduates were satisfied with the overall quality of their training and 85% of TAFE SA graduates achieved their main reason for doing the training.

    TAFE SA also offers a range of degrees, some in partnership with local universities. Plus, they pathways leading to professional degrees with the South Australian public universities, through their dual offer programs and agreements.

  • Dual Offers

    You might think you have to follow a certain path to study at university, but there is another way. TAFE SA offers a range of dual offer courses in partnership with South Australian public universities. With a dual offer course, you can apply for both the TAFE SA and university qualifications at the same time. This means that once you complete your TAFE SA course successfully, you have guaranteed entry – with credit – into university.

    Studying a dual offer course is a great way to set yourself apart from other graduates. You will benefit from TAFE SA's vocational experience and insights, as well as graduating with two qualifications instead of one.   • Partnership Degrees

    TAFE SA offers dual award partnership degrees in Creative Arts with Flinders University, where students gain two qualifications at once. You will study across both TAFE SA and Flinders University, giving you the benefits of both  

  • TAFE SA to University Credit Transfer

    Gaining university credit for the related study you have undertaken at TAFE SA can reduce the time and usually required to complete a To claim credit, you must formally apply to the university in accordance with their processes. Being for credit does not guarantee that you will be offered a place in a university program. Credit will normally be granted after you have been offered a place.

    To apply for a TAFE SA pathway course you will need to apply through SATAC. Depending on the course, it might be an application or a TAFE SA application. TAFE SA applications are submitted separately.
